Hey everybody, and welcome back to another edition of the VH Sales Kennel Calpitalistic Healing Hour with your host and moderator, me, Grant Bell. Welcome right now. That's how we do things here, always smooth of the mind, the body, and the soul, global exposure, eight years in running two audio shows, videotapings daily, thirteen years of podcasting, fifty-year career long ago, far away. Always in health, wellness industry. Always professing good health and promoting creative solutions for holistic healthcare distribution. Now in goodwill ambassadorship. So today, recapping this past week, as it's Saturday, October the twenty-fifth, a couple of things that I wanted to revisit that we've been doing this week, last week, last month, last year, and we'll be doing moving forward. First of all, I'll extend upon and expand upon all of this, my radio shows a little bit later. The Breathbridge, centering in energetic sovereignty. This is for my workouts for geriatrics clip a little bit later, audio wise. Those of you that do join the show, you know that I love talking about the Wim Hof method of breathing. We've done shows, episodes, that's how I breathe when I meditate. The power of conscious breathing. But today again, a little overview here of what's upcoming at the radio shows. I'm gonna go a little bit deeper than just the physiological benefits, which indeed are quite important. I'm gonna use the breath as a bridge, a direct connection point to our inner wisdom and our energetic sovereignty. In this world with its intensity, especially right now at this precipice in time, we need simple, powerful tools to keep us grounded. This exercise is one you can do anywhere, anytime, and it takes less than a minute to begin your recentering. If you care to play along at home. This is what I do right often. If you care to join along, I'd love to have us begin by committing to just five to ten fully conscious in and out breaths. Don't rush these. Feel the air as it enters and leaves your body. This is indeed your anchor. This is the simplest, most profound act of self care getting in tune with the innate trait that the human body always has had, particular self. No matter what they try to tell you for decades and decades and decades and centuries of propaganda, falsehoods, lies spies. We showed at the door, but it's truth and lending. Says you take a full deep breath in, tell yourself, breathing in, I'm searching, Grandpa Bill, for continual peace. I've already done my workout for the day. You've done my early morning meditation. I'll do another one in midday, early evening, and bedtime meditation. All topics we've isolated, talked about this week, and archivally. Plugging back in, serving in my capacity of the porcelain junction box, much like the electrical component as it pertains to wiring in a household, business, what have you. It's the same premise for your body. We aim for the Hertz. Not let Hertz put you in the driver's seat today. Mega Hertz, all subjects we've talked about for years and continue to practice daily. Breathing out, I release all heavy energies and attachments from my energy field in my mind. I speak what I believe. I speak what I've found to be successful for myself. 71 years counting chronologically, lots of work on myself, lots of damage to myself, all clearly defined. This isn't an autobiography, but my track record's clear. That was yesterday. Yesterday's gone. Great song, Chad and Jeremy. That was yesterday. Yesterday's gone. Hover on what you may not have done exactly right or if you could change. You can't change the past arm in arm, together, communally. Many large intuitive groups. We're the little training that Kennan does. I'm proud of my organic show. Thirteen years and running. And it's organic in every sense of the word. Ah, there's the rub. That's the true meaning of organic. Be it in foodstuffs, mindsets, countenance, appearance. Feeling a little piratey and salty today, or watch my language. F you to that. F you to that. That's someone else's picture. And they are pictures of Larry. Yep, that Larry. So deep breathing. We need to stay on top of our energetic inventory. If you feel heavy, anxious, or suddenly irritable, pause and ask yourself. Did I come in contact with this feeling or did it originate with me? Was I influenced? In all candor? This is why the Red Sea is parted not only thousands of years ago, some five, six years ago the Red Sea parted for lots of us that decided to do something. Somebody did something, and some of us didn't. So you have all this chaotic ostracization, accusations, pointing the finger, noise, chatter. That's the carnival carnival carousel cesspool ride that you create of your own volition if you care to partake, and you're stuck in that vortex. And you will be. Not because I say so. Joder Spender, they have a lot to say about those things. They're the pros. But again, with all due respect to everybody. I've watched many of those webinars and seminars. I obviously believe in participate. But nobody is a guru on anything if they're of the human persuasion. Air is human. To cut is to bleed. It's been time for a really long time to separate separate the wheat from the shaft. Speaking of clearing and separating, this is your reminder. Get into nature wherever you can, whenever you can. Get outside, feel the sun, listen to the wind. Connect to the frequency. The right frequency. What is the frequency, Kenny? Why? Because it's the current environment. Nature is the least contaminated. We get into toxic pollution and all of that, and we do. Not that connotation, but it's toxic pollution. Find the cleanest frequency available. It's there. It's the ultimate anecdote to the artificial stress of modern life. There's a lot of theater around the go put your hands in the dirt. Walk barefoot. Sit next to a tree. Yep. For those of us that, you know, get categorized as tree huggers or whatever. Whatever. That's the perfect opportunity if you want to jump on that, pounce on that, be negative or whatever, don't come through these groups. There's no reason to do so. Snaggle Puss, exit stage right. There's certainly enough negativity groups, chat rooms, groups, websites, podcasts, social media. It's what you make of it, what you break of it. The choice is yours. I'm talking about what works for me, but I connect with a lot of people worldwide that are of the same consensus. They may be far more eloquent wordsmiths. Many of them are. I listen to many of them. I go to guided meditation. It's the epitome of the patchwork. Quote that apothecary natural healing medicine is. That's all we try to ascertain here. That's all we try to do in the way of guests, like minded individuals, and those that come on board are of that elk. Yours, mine, ours. Thriving alive to survive together. And I am the porcelain junction books. But I'm simply that. Being blessed to put you in touch with Bush's bakers, candlestick makers, mediators, meditators, worldwide, global exposure. Running across that under that proverbial radar. Why? I chose not to do it conventionally. And now in retirement, something we'll talk about at the radio shows and my main mentor moments in business and in life. Fixed income that. In lieu of cash deno you know donations and supports of rescue groups and so forth, which I cannot do monetarily, so that I can stretch my taxing, pun intended, retirement, just like all of us. So I try to do all of that with peace, pose, logic, topic of discussion with one of my monthly guests next Thursday, as it becomes, monthly repeat guest, Byron Athene, psychotherapist, psychoanalyst, United Kingdom, longtime guest on my show, as we continue through the alphabet, now on letter L when he gets here to do so and we talk logic. Do you join us? Astrologically. And sometimes near the tail ends of the shows, and we definitely support those through the main cross promotion, which is global exposure and community advocacy program, where I talk about predominantly Maine-based small businesses, but worldwide operations with the same premise. Those that think the same, act the same, want the same, believe in the same, yours, mine, and ours. So we talk about TAM's multi-businesses. She's a multiple small business owner. Sometimes at the Energy Almanac, Healing Hour Wisdom, Wellness Wisdom, at the BA Sales Chemical Calculistic Healing Hour. It's dedicated to astrology, but always on social media and through our community advocacy program. So these are things that I continue to do in retirement that I have to hang around to allow them to get completed. Case in point, Byron Athene alone. To finish the rest of the alphabet once a month with his appearances, L for logic is next. I believe we're going to do memory for letter M after that next month. So to finish after the next show L, the remaining letters being M through Z, that project, Good Lord Willing, Creek Don't Rise, Chronology, The World As It Burns, Moving Forward In Between, will take us till January of 2027 to complete. And I'm entrenched in Aldi's retirement bucket lists and self-study for my own mental clarity, focus, and health. So Saturday. Saturday nights alright for fighting, Elton John. Get a fellow. There was it when Grandpa Bill lived by that creed. So we continue to talk about soul-centered breathing here, energetic sovereignty. Over streakers, like-minded individuals, predominantly of my age group and my listening audience. But this is good for all kids from one to ninety-two. It's about health and wellness. I'll continue with the series of mnemonics that involves my granddaughter Ada and myself. Memory palaces. Continue with my work assignments daily, textbooks, workbooks, workshops, promoting good health and goodwill ambassadorship. Pretty much staying with the two repeat guests for the balance of this year, not afforded the opportunity to accept new guests at this time, then just crafting those types of verbiage on air, on my podcast show, rechanging my direction for 2026, looking to microfit even more. People that want to work in reciprocity and are truly willing to be members of their intuitive groups, our intuitive groups, their shows, my shows, our social medias to continue with the theme of paying it forward under that promise. It's how you abate stand up to bullies worldwide. Basically, in the history of this planet. Always food for the mind, the body, and the soul, business, life, retirement.
