Think of 2-3 individuals who have had a significant positive impact on your life. They could be family members, friends, mentors, teachers, or even public figures. Write their names below:

Step 2: Describe the InfluenceFor each person listed, answer the following prompts in writing:Visual Memory: Describe a vivid memory involving this person. What do you see? Include details about the setting, colors, and any significant objects.”

“Auditory Memory: Recall a specific sound associated with this person. What do you hear? It could be their voice, laughter, a song they loved, or any other sound linked to your memory.”

“Tactile Memory: Think about a time when you physically interacted with this person. What sensations do you remember? Consider textures, temperatures, and other physical sensations.”“

Emotional Memory: Reflect on the emotions you associate with this person. How did they make you feel? What specific moments stand out?”

“Impact on Your Life: How has this person positively influenced you? Think about the lessons they taught you, the support they provided, and the ways they helped shape who you are today.”
